In Melbourne, a would-be robber tried to rip off a shop’s cash register. But the shop owner refused to hand over the keys to the register—even with a gun held to his head. The frustrated robber then picked up the cash register and ran out of the store. Unfortunately, he forgot to unplug it, and it was ripped from his hands as he ran out the door. By this time, the owner had located a baseball bat. He chased the robber, smashed his car windshield, and wrote down the license plate as he drove away. The shaken man was arrested a short time later.
